"This is the WORST LabCorp around. I'm not sure why it is always so busy and always runs hours behind schedule. I usually go to the one in Walgreens in Winter Garden. I had an appointment there and when I arrived it was temporarily closed and I wasn't notified ahead of time. I was fasting and forced to come to this location. It's been over an hour wait for me and others have been here for a lot longer. This place is horrible."

"I've been dealing with terrible service for a week now, trying to schedule my routine exams. Every place is consistently crowded, with few staff members who seem quite stressed. The appointment dates are ridiculously far in the future, and I'm not even using health insurance – I'm paying out of pocket. If I had known the service was this bad, I would have gone to a different provider."

"Worse experience ever, don’t recommend this location at all! This place really needs help, came in at 11am and it’s now 1:30pm and im still waiting on a simple drug test. Smh and the lady at the front counter has horrible customer service."

"The worse labcorp I ever been to. Terrible customer service and the building was filled with people waiting to have work done. They either need to hire more employees to services the area or don’t service the area at all. People shouldn’t have to wait a hour for bloodwork especially if they have appointments."

"Scheduled appointment online and waited in car for text . Received text to come in. I have been standing here waiting for over 30 minutes. I would rather be waiting in my car. In my waiting I have witnessed many un happy individuals. I suggest trying another location and or never a Friday. The receptionist at main desk is the only reason for any stars. She is nice and tries her best to help. It is not her fault this location stinks. Someone come offer her a better job."
