"It’s safe to say this pharmacy is well below customer expectations with all the other reviews here. My experience is really no different, longer than necessary lines throughout the day, the pharmacists or people behind the counter seem to have no sense of urgency to get things going(slow like that Sloth character in Zootopia), don’t bother calling as you’ll be hung up as you wait or worse stay on hold till you hang up. I’m surprised with all the poor comments here that it’s still the same. Either the management team at this location or company itself doesn’t feel the need to make obvious improvements to the overall experience"

"I was on hold for over 35 min to try and speak to someone in the pharmacy. Then they hung up on me.I used 2 other phone and still no one answer and the system put me on hold. I went to Walgreens and got my Rx transfer to them. Luckily i can't give a 0 stars. Don't bother to take your Rx to them go anywhere else, you will be treated better. I was calling to ask a question about my Rx, that tells me the pharmacist or CVS doesn't care about you."
