"My dog was very sick and very old (16 years), we had brought her in late at night 1 hour before they needed to close. The staff immediately took care of my dog and were super understanding with us through this hard time. They told us that she was feeling sick because she had a heart murmur and heart failure, so we knew that the best course of care would be to let her pass in peace as she was already suffering and had other conditions that made it difficult for her. They took amazing care of my pup through her last moments and made it special for us. Super informative and patient even when we were very emotional. We even got her pawprints on clay. We didn’t end up leaving until almost 11pm, but the staff showed so much patience, support and kindness ❤️ I’m so extremely grateful that they were able to make this process a bit easier for us. Very genuine and kind people. Thank you for taking care of my sweet Princess :’) I miss her lots"

"I’m so thankful that I took my puppy here when we first got him. Shortly after he became a member of our family, he slipped (fur on the bottom of his feet) and hit his head. Later that day he start showing signs of neurological damage. We called around 7pm and took him in right away. They examined him immediately, told us what was going on and were honest about the condition. They gave us time to say “see you later”. Kept in contact with us and gave him the best possible treatment! They saved our fur baby!!! The next morning we were able to see him and brought him home later in the morning. I knew they were all snugging him because he smelled so good like their perfume! They treated him like he was theirs!"
