"Good service, except for this is the first time we assist to this location and they didn't have access to our dog's shot records from other location. Service would be better if the vet service share the records with all the locations."

"Does Petco have something against pet turtles? I was refused to be allowed to purchase 3 pleco fish by the store manager because I happened to mention that I had a turtle in the tank. She stated that she would not sell them because the turtle would "eat them. I explained that I've had my turtle 37 yrs and have always had fish in her tank and has never eaten them. I did not see any policy posted on restrictions to buying fish? The manager was also rude and very unfriendly. I spend hundreds of dollars at Petco...I will go elsewhere from now on."
