"Initially, I visited Milan Laser to compare their pricing with a nearby competitor. I had absolutely no intentions of signing up for service on that date. However, after learning more about the company — specifically their lifetime guarantee (competitors charge for touch-up sessions) — I felt confident about moving forward, and signed up the same day. The pricing and payment options were also more appealing to me than nearby competitors, so it was an easy decision. The staff (Alicia, Kayla and Alexia) are all very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. They even surprised me with a welcome gift upon my first treatment visit, which brightened my day even more. The restroom was stocked with feminine products as well as hygienic wipes, which was a thoughtful addition. I was impressed with the treatment room, which was spacious and very comfortable, with plenty of room to store your personal items during treatment. While laser hair removal is considered a medical procedure in the state of Florida, the overall vibe was almost spa-like. One (very minor) criticism is that there was no product in the treatment room (wipe or otherwise) to remove the white pencil guidelines from my skin post-treatment. Fortunately, I was able to go home afterward, where I removed the lines easily. However, if I had had other plans (returning to work, running errands, etc) I would have been disappointed. I will remember to bring my own products for future appointments, just in case. Overall, I have been very pleased with my experiences thus far, and feel Milan Laser provides a good value for the cost of service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
