"While checking Jack in, I left a new, unopened 28 lb bag of food with him for a 15 day stay (he is a 70 lb. Poodle). The bag was returned used but not properly closed. You can imagine my reaction when the first feeding at home exposed a live cockroach in his bowl. I called and wrote twice…. No Reaction, No Response! Disgusting !!"
"Do not even consider trusting this business with your pet. We boarded our dog for 3 days and when we picked him up yesterday evening and got into the car, we noticed a terrible odor. Our dog smelled awful and his belly was sticky from laying in what must have been his own urine for days! The bottom of his food container had the same residue and urine smell. The neglect is astonishing. At minimum the expectation would be to feed the dogs and let them outside to relieve themselves. Aside from the fact that it is not in the nature of dogs to relieve themselves where they sleep, our dog is nearly 4 and was housebroken within the first weekend we adopted him as a pup. He does not have accidents inside and in fact, is very good at letting us know when he needs to be walked. He is also drinking an unusually high amount of water which leads me to suspect his water bowl was not filled regularly either. This is mistreatment of the animals Pet Paradise was entrusted with and PAID for to take care of, and I am sure it did not happen to just our pet. It is heartbreaking."
"I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the recent boarding experience my two fur babies had at Pet Paradise during the Thanksgiving holiday. Despite the advertised continuous playtime, I diligently monitored the live camera feed throughout their stay, only to discover a significant lack of playtime for my pets. I have collected numerous screenshots as evidence of the absence of play activities. To make matters worse, upon picking up my pets, it was evident that they had not been let out regularly, as their beds were soaked in urine, a situation inconsistent with their usual behavior. I should have known something was up when the front desk rep would not give us a tour of the facility nor facilitate more information about boarding. The manager was very nice and apologetic. However, the fact that even daycare dogs do not receive continuous playtime raises serious concerns about the overall quality of care provided. As a result of this experience, I find it difficult to recommend Pet Paradise to others seeking a reliable and caring boarding facility for their pets. I believe in the importance of constructive feedback, and I hope that this information can contribute to improvements in the level of service and care provided to all pets entrusted to that facility and educate the parents."
"Very nice place to board our poodle - the people genuinely care about the dogs and always make sure to let us know if there are any issues."
"We absolutely love Pet Paradise. They treat our little babies, Gigi and Gizmo, with such love and care. Our dogs love everyone in that facility, we know they’re in great hands when we drop them off, whether it’s a day or overnight. It’s our first time ever doing doggy daycare and with all the horror stories, we were nervous but so happy we found such an amazing place!"
