"The doctor is amazing but the office staff is the worst in history. She doesnt run your insurance properly, I had to call my insurance so they can call the office while I was there to make sure that I had no copay, she then rushes you into signing a new form to be responsible for a payment for a treatment that hasn’t even been scheduled yet, she was so rude and loud. I wish I had her name so I would post it here."

"Avoid this place. Dr Lupoli is very nice. His only recommendation after testing and two appointments was to take Zyrtec and nasal spray and start allergy shots. I asked specifically to get off Zyrtec and that I wasn’t interested in shots, total waste of money for me. The main problem is the office staff (two offices) is rude, unprofessional and uncaring. It started with me making my first appointment and being told to call back “cause I’m busy setting up for the morning”. Red flag but I kept going. Office staff are rude, ignoring people and laughing until someone had to remind the woman she was helping me. I’m not a quit or mousy person but these women would literally forget they were working and start having private conversations. I did the expensive and invasive allergy testing to be given almost no follow up instructions and never given my results. I walked out with a verbal explanation which after $900 tests that is unacceptable. The last straw is now I have moved and need my records for my new doctor. All my other Baptist doctors said no problem and faxed them on. Not the Allergy and Asthma Specialists, oh no they don’t make it easy. I called and was told by a curt woman that I needed to have my new doctor fax a form. That’s it, “they got to fax a form to us and then we will fax them your records”. No further instructions. So I hung up and realized she never gave me the number. Argh. So I called back and got the number and tried to see if they could expedite my records. Nope, and I am done trying. Over a year of dealing with these people and I am over the unprofessional attitude. Go somewhere else where you are treated well and the office staff has a professional demeanor matching the doctor."
