"Very rude and unprofessional. I am on a controlled medication. They finally have the medicine after a 2 week long back order. Then they proceed to tell me that theres a "glitch in the system" and can no longer fill it. I need to wait 2 weeks or call the dr. When they got the script deleted in the first place. They assured it would be done and filled in the morning the following day. I explained my frustrations as I work all day and cant just break away. His response. "Yea? So?""

"My prescription showed 2 refills on the label. I called to refill. Pharmacist said I had no refills left that I had to contact my Doctor, that it wasn't his problem. Clearly CVS made an error and would do nothing to fix it. Transferred my prescription to Publix with much better service!"

"I have been with this pharmacy for many years and getting prescriptions from CVS back when they were still Eckards. This pharmacy has really gone downhill and I'll be looking for another pharmacy. I've been five days without my long lasting insulin because they cannot seem to fill the prescription correctly. If you call them, don't expect them to answer for at least a half hour. I tried 3 times today and got disconnected after 30 minutes all three times. Their pharmacist has a snarky attitude and could care less about the customer."
