Wait was a little while but there is only one dr on today so it wasn’t a big deal! I love it here and compared to other vets I’ve been to this one’s the best reg. prices friendliness patience all around very helpful."

"Extremely rude woman answered the phone, kept interrupting me when i was just trying to ask a simple question about my un neutered kittens who were recently born. You aren't paid for your opinion about how "I should get them fixed right away, why aren't you getting them fixed, it doesn't matter why you don't want them neutered you should get them neutered, they will be miserable by not being fixed." Excuse me Ma'am I have had cats my whole life, all my friends and family members have cats as well including exotic high maintenance cats so I am very well versed on the realities and scientific truth about owning cats. I came to ask a simple question about possible medication and getting my kittens in for a new appointment, and I am hanging up the phone dumbfounded by the rude and hostile nature of the people who answer the phone here. I am shocked on how blatantly rude the staff is and would never trust bringing my pets here. The staff here is very pushy of their own opinions and only want to hear themselves talk instead of listening to why a person is actually calling. Will NEVER recommend this place. I heard so many good reviews and was shocked to have a completely opposite interaction with the woman who answered the phone."
