"I had a family emergency come up and tried to reach someone so I can get my dog, I was under the impression for how much they are charging someone would be taking care of my dog but instead I’ve sat outside there office for a few hours while I hear my dog crying in the building. If something happens on a Sunday you are just out of luck, no one will be able to help you or your pet since no one is here"
