"She saved my dogs!!! Dr. Young , James, and staff all work very hard to care for our babies April, Peanut, and Jack and it shows. We trust this doctor, which is hard to find these days and will always bring them here! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!"
"She made me and my very nervous furbabies feel better, even sat down on floor with them and gained their trust instead of just being in a rush to get in and out. Prices are a lot better than was a few years ago also! Had a loved one pass and just couple years back when had to have another private cremation was almost 500.00 this time got best offered and was still not even 200.00 and they are very sympathetic towards humans when upset over fur babies and go out of their way to help make it as easy on you as possible etc... My 1st choice place only thing is kinda hard to find if don't know where it is or exact name sometimes doesn't come up unless already know the name when looking up on Google and maps etc"
"This is the best vet around. She saved my Brutus years ago. This time she couldn’t save him but she did everything possible for my boy. Very compassionate and caring. Brutus loved her and was well taken care of to the end."
"Dr. Young and her staff have taken the best care of my animals. She has saved my dog max and I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else. We have been with her for over 10 years. It's too bad people more people don't post satisfaction. Shes amazing for pet care and boarding."
"SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM!!!!!!!! I worked here for about 6 months & this place is a scam. They will lie about anything & everything to make themselves look good. I’m about to expose them. They have charged numerous people for things they have not actually done to the customers. (Such as: fake shots, they will charge you but not give it to the dog, aswell as exams.) They do not sanitize their equipment for surgery. They simply wash it with water til it comes clean from the blood that was on it. Also sad to say, when they put your dog or cat to sleep and do not get the pet cremated, they will put it in a huge trash bag & throw it the trash can. I cried when I saw it happen. They lie about everything & will tell you that none of this is true but I promise it is. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE. Also James Harwood has punched several animals in the face because they looked like they were going to bite. ALSO. Cynthia Young has had her veterinary practice licenses taken away in many states many many times. You can look it up. They have had a HUGE police record history. They are withholding my last paycheck for no reason. Simply because I quit and did not want to continue to work with these lies anymore. I just hope no one brings their animals here. They will put your boarding pets in a cage that’s way too small, or if your pet is crying all day, James and Cynthia will fill up their food bowl & leave it outside their cage so they can’t eat. Some animals even try to bite through the cage and end up bleeding severely, but they won’t care. They just leave them & refuse to see if they are okay. Cynthia Young is also very immature and will do anything to make her look good and when confronted with the truth will try to lie about it."
