"Continue to have good experiences each time I need to use this pharmacy. Today I had an exceptional visit and Jennifer went above and beyond to provide information and the best customer service!"
"My RX prices were greatly reduced. One med with insurance had been $415/month at CVS and also with goodRx. At Costco $38.99. Amazing service"
"This pharmacy prioritizes profit over patient care. I had a few prescriptions filled here recently and I will not be using them again. My doctor put in an order for a few prescriptions on a Friday morning here. The pharmacy called me at 11 am and left a voicemail informing me that they did not have one of my prescriptions but, it had been ordered and my prescriptions would be ready for pickup in 3 days. When I went to pick up my prescriptions I was told at the counter that they would not accept one of my GoodRx coupons, despite being contractually obligated to do so (any pharmacy that takes GoodRx must accept their coupons with the exception of controlled substances, for which my medication was not). They told me that since the prescription had been “special” ordered for me and was not the pharmacy’s “preferred” manufacturer I would have to pay full price ($280). In addition to having already waited 3 days for this prescription, I had to have this prescription transferred to another pharmacy resulting in my care being delayed even longer. I would not recommend using this pharmacy."
"Possible COVID 19 contamination, and or seasonal flu/ what ever the technician had on his hands and mask was all over the tops of my bottle, he was opening manufacturers sealed bottles approximately 5-6 bottles that were absolutely sealed and pouring them into a larger bottle playing with his mask - touching the top of the bottle where the threads are— playing with mask and bottle, mask and bottle the entire time. Horrible contamination of my prescriptions. I asked to speak to manager of pharmacy tried to express my disapproval and shouldn’t gloves or hand washing each time be used each time his hands were on his mask, she could only come up with gloves were unnecessary because they hand sanitize between orders— had absolutely no clue and not listening when I kept telling her he had mask touching and bottle touching without sanitizing at all. Pharmacy manager is rude and clueless concerning contamination of my prescriptions. I also wanted to know why all the manufacturers sealed bottles were opened and I recieved the lame information that all medications were repackaged and labeled in their Costco containers by Florida Law — that’s such a lie/ misinterpretation, my Eliquis, Alendronate Sodium from Costco are not repackaged, so Costco must be breaking the law not repackaging them — right no answer to that one. Again I question the validity of repackaging and relabeling. My husbands numerous prescriptions are in sealed manufacturers bottles that are filled at Sams Club in Florida pharmacies so they are apparently breaking the law by not repackaging those medications. Clearly there is a miss handling of many prescriptions with the potential to transmit COVID-19, colds and or seasonal flu with the technicians constantly playing with masks while filling prescriptions. Store manager was also no help."
"With the utmost professionalism yet comfortable communications regarding the pricing and then switching prescriptions from a Pricy Pharmacy to the Costco Cypress Lake Drive pharmacy both Chris and Emilio took care of my boyfriend's transfers of seriously needed medications at a lightning fast speed and follow through. I have dealt with the other local Gulf Coast Costco pharmacy this past summer and was totally treated without respect, dignity and then outright refused by them to deal with my out of state needs. This is how I first met Chris and chose this Cypress Lake Dr. Costco for all of out shopping and especially pharmacy needs. Thank You SO MUCH !!!"
