"This pharmacy is horrible. The pharmacist told me to come in at the time due to it not being busy, so I did. When I arrived, all I received was 2 women who were angry and had an attitude when I told them what the pharmacist had said they had told him. To my surprise, the pharmacist himself got upset with me....I'm looking for the cameras to see if I'm being pranked at this moment because this can't be possible. I then told the pharmacist what he had told me over the phone, and he got more upset and said, "Well, now we're busy." I then said Sir, I'm just doing what you said. " He then threatened not to fill my daughter's prescription and called me bro....this man is late, sixties calling me bro and telling me that I'm giving him an attitude. I was beside myself as to how unprofessional the whole staff was. It wasn't until then that I realized why I hadn't gone back to that pharmacy since the last, which was over a year. This pharmacist should not be allowed to make threats or treat people the way he does. Just as an FYI, the only reason I went to them is because Lehigh had to order the medication verses me getting it that day."
"My experience was amazing. The pharmacist \" Edgar" was very kind, professional and helpful. All pharmacy staff was helpful and kind. GREAT TEAM WORK!!!"
"My experience with CVS pharmacies is a mixed bag anyway, but this must be the worst store in the chain. There were several times during my 45 minute wait that employees were standing around telling jokes while customers waited in line. They don't seem to care, and after my wait they weren't able to help me either. All I needed was a vaccine that I had an appointment to receive! I am forced to use CVS because of my insurance, but I will never go back to this store."
"No customer oriented they just do what they feel to do with exception of two pharmacy employees. 100% bad attitude by a employee name Heidi. Do not recommend visiting this pharmacy at all !!"
"Good lord let me tell you what a pain it is to deal with this pharmacy. 1) first off, don’t fall for the cheaper meds. Its not worth it. You will spend more time driving around because they electronically sent it to the wrong one or all of your time in line just to find out they don’t have it. Not worth it. 2) their systems are so broken that they cant find me on one computer and swear I don’t have any prescriptions but can find me on another and still say no to the refills. 3) they process my meds yet tell me they won’t refill them for a month and to call my insurance so I have to wait a month to get back on a controlled substance. My insurance says they have this problem with ALL CVS’s and their inaccurate processing. Thats great. 4) don’t go by the text message or app. If it says it’s ready for pickup, it’s most likely not. If they are out of a med, they will never tell you until you wait in line. If they still haven’t filled it, they’ll tell you come back even though the text told you to come. 5) they’ve been out of adderall for my wife for months and no idea when they’ll be in yet Walmart, Costco, publix and Walgreens all have it readily. 6) the last one…the people are rude and gaslight you when you ask why to the above issues I’ve mention (which is a monthly occurance). The pharmicist down to the helpers are all nasty and have zero empathy when your family needs meds. I recently had oral surgery and they wouldnt fill my drs order for amoxicillin, needed for recovery, for a week. All in all, if it was an isolated occurrence, I wouldn’t waste my time writing a review but multiple family members and literally every month it’s the same thing. I switched to Publix and they filled my meds in an hour. Amazing how they have meds yet CVS has been out for months."
