"This review is solely regarding the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is unfriendly, short, and most disappointingly they seem to just not care…like let me be clear this has NOTHING to do with my prescription or receiving my medication at all..that was not really an issue as I had no need for help or special requests or anything. This is their lack of simple communication and customer service….i don’t know, just made me feel like I was invisible and I was disappointed as my regular cvs staff (actually most my regular previous cvs locations in the past 10 years as well) have been awesome, kind and made me and all their customers feel like they actually care."

"They take forever to get your medication ready and don’t EVER answer their phone. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone who is in need of their medicine the day on or after. And when something goes wrong with your medication they dont call you they just wait for you to get fed up and drive in to check on your medication and then they tell you."

"Went in last night to pick up a prescription and grab some diaper cream. The manager literally followed me and my two kids and stood directly behind us while I used the self check out then when we walked out of the door, he went and sat behind the register (could see through the window). I’m not sure if they’re having theft issues but just because I wasn’t dressed nice and am plastered in tattoos didn’t mean I posed a threat and it made me extremely uncomfortable to be watched like that. Corporate will be hearing from this so they can review the tapes and get a normal manager, not an old prejudicial prick!"

"I live down the street so unfortunately I have to use this pharmacy unless I want to go out of my way. Which I'm seriously considering since this pharmacy is the absolute worst I have ever seen. Every single prescription is not finished being filled even when given a 5/8 hour time frame so they can not be rushed. It's really unbelievable. The latest one was a DR call in for a steroid pack and I gave the 5 hours to put a literal small pack into a bigger bag. No counting, no regulations, Just a prepackaged box into a bag!! They never have more than two people in there at a time and take two hours lunches!!"
