"Took extra special care of my baby Chopper he is doing so much better after they took him in without any hesitation! They were extremely sympathetic and calm during the ordeal and made me feel relieved that he was in safe hands. Thank you to the 2 vet techs and Dr.Tillman !!!!"
"Came in on April 10th in the afternoon with my sweet cat Jessica who got a fishing lure hooked in her upper lip. (I know! Crazy!) A quick and easy experience from start to finish, the vet and staff were great, sorry I didn’t get names at the time. The visit was very affordable and we were out of there in what felt like less than an hour. The next day they sent her records and even called to check up. At the desk they were selling painted rocks for an animal charity, it was so sweet that the staff takes time to do that. P.S. To the owner of the sweet puppy named Glade I met in the parking lot, I’ve been praying for y’all! Hope he is okay!"
"These guys are awesome, so caring and loving to our furries. We had our 3 year old 90lb Goldendoodle have seizure on a Sunday night. We rushed him over and they were kind, caring, and thorough. Thankfully he's fine, but they follow up and have been in touch with his regular vet. I recomend this place as a place that cares and is really competent."
"Last Thursday night our 7 year old Golden retriever who had been sick for a couple days suddenly went down hill very quickly. We had been in constant contact with our vet who couldn't help and advised us to take him to the ER. Our boy was over 100 lbs, and it took 3 of us to get him wrapped in blankets and loaded into the back of my SUV. I phoned them that we were on the way, and that the vet was sending over all the testing. Sadly, our poor Furry Murray took his last breath as we were backing up to the door of the ER. My husband ran in, speechless in tears, and the woman behind the counter just said "Oh my God" and came running outside. I was hysterical. This AMAZING woman said "move" and as I stepped back she scooped him up and ran him into the room. I ran after them and she asked my husband permission to start CPR. I remember dropping to me knees sobbing as she began chest compression. They couldn't get his heartbeat back. Needless to say we were a wreck. The women were so compassionate and apologetic. They took us to a separate room where minutes later they brought him in on a table so we could say goodbye in private. The woman had taken a syringe full of liquid from his stomach and explained that he had a tumor that ruptured, and he had severe internal bleeding. Nothing could have been done to save him. Once we had said our goodbyes we went to leave. They didn't charge for attempting CPR, or any other BS that a lot of ER vets do when they take advantage of people who are suffering. They only charged us for the cost of cremation and the paw print we asked for. I wish I knew the name of the woman who ran out to pick him up, and those that assisted during CPR. I want to thank her for being so selfless and so compassionate. That night it all happened so fast, I can't picture the faces of the angels that tried to help us. All I can do is say Thank You from the bottom of our hearts for trying your best. When we return to pick up his ashes I hope you will accept these paw print decals to give to other fur parents. I know it's not much, I'm making as many as I can until then, but I'm hoping it will help bring a little peace to some. Thank you again for your quick medical attention, your grace and most importantly your compassion. God Bless"
"Read every single review and they all sound similar, that this place is expensive and heartless with walk-ins. But I’ve never been a walk-in here. However, this past Saturday night my pup ran away and a mystery person took her in to here after she was hit by a car. I’m not sure if the mystery person paid anything, or what this place did/didn’t do to save her, but she was a small white and brown dog she and once we found the microchip information, we found out she was here at this location. She passed away and they froze her, we picked her up Sunday morning and buried her. No fees were paid when we picked her up, just nice words. Very sad but our experience was fine. If the ER does respond, would you please explain formalities if someone brings in a microchipped animal that was hit by a car, when it’s not their dog. I’m sure they were there with her when she passed, and I believe any human would be compassionate when they’re watching a pup pass away."
