"This the most unprofessional and unorganized center I ever been in my life. They almost mess up my ultrasound had someone else name on it, I should of known from there it would’ve been hell. I needed a medical clearance for my surgery, first of all they are super expensive. I feel like I’m being ripped off, I paid over $800 for my medical clearance. Thanks to them they mess up my lab work and had to pay another expensive fee now my surgery date has been canceled. Please avoid this center. I don’t know where they got their medical degrees from it can’t be legit. How do you mess up somebody lab work 3 times."

"Was referred here by my cosmetic surgeon. Absolutely horrible service. 98% of the time do not answer the phone and when they do, give you attitude and put you on hold for 20mins. No lie!! They messed up my labs, stated were going to fax the one missing lab and NEVER did!! - Even though I paid for it. They also make up the prices for each person. Almost lost my surgery date because of Royal Cares negligence to read a simple lab order. Coming here was one of the biggest mistakes ever. Doctor was nice and professional though so 5 stars to him ONLY."
