"Dr.Alzugaray and is team are amazing. Let's not talk about the awesome front office staff. My original post was 6 years ago, and I had to come back to make some other comments. We moved to GA in summer 2019 and my 3 boys (9, 11, 16) all want to go back to Miami to see Dr. Alzugaray and his team. In the words of my youngest " I don't trust these doctors, because I don't think they know what they are doing. I want to go back to Miami". Thirteen years of seeing the same doctor and knowing they are the best at what they do is a God sent. Just to say this practice is a part of their core memory. All 4 of my children were seen here. I believe if I had another child, I may just have to return."

"Alzugaray is the best pediatrician doctor there is, his office is quick and answers every call. He was my doctor for 10+ years. Now that I'm adult and have been going to the adult office, next door ever since I turned 18, I'm 24 now, the service only gets WORSE. No English speaking faculty members, no one ever answers the phones, the few times they do, the call drops or they say they'll call back and NEVER do. I recently went into the office to tell them the issue and they disregarded my concern. Always a LONG wait to be seen by a doctor even with appointments. I'm switching doctors, we deserve better."

"Always an issue trying to get through to make an appointment even before covid. You call and they put you on hold for 6+ minutes with out even asking you if it's okay. You literally have to drive to their office to get a hold of someone to make an appointment. My suggestion is better phone training. Long waits at the lobby when you have an appointment over 30 minutes sometimes an hour or more. The Doctors and PA's are decent the convenient location of the office to my home is what has kept me as patient here for 10 plus years but there is no quality care when you call the office. You shouldn't feel like your calling a 3rd world country / government free clinc. The reception desk at urgent care is 5 stars compared to Prime Care located at SW 122 and Coral way. Please fix the issues the standard of care is not up to par when you're calling all day and can't get through. Stop using the excuse of poor internet connection this has been going on for years."

"To the office in coral way #b7.Dr:Rolando Diaz is the best Dr in town!,,but the staff makes the pacient come to the office up to 3 times for a refferor...this is not fair by any means..the girl with the long black hair in the front desk...dont care and dont look for the best of the doctor patience. She dont want to work,and need to be remove from her job...Doctor Rolando dont deserve that, he is a wonderful doctor."

"Alzugaray was my pediatrician for 15 years. Now he is my daughters Pediatrician. I couldn't be happier with the service from all his staff. They treat you like Family. Gretel is amazing and all the nurses. My daughter loves everybody, They are keeping me as a patience for a very long time."
