"Was trying to get my Symbicort prescription transferred . Walmart said they had been calling them call day yet no one was picking up. I then tried calling them and no one was picking up. I called Walmart back and they suggested I go in there and ask to them to call Walmart. I go in there just before they close and ask them if they can call Walmart. The guy starts to respond before white hair lady sharply interjects and says YAH NAH THATS NOT HOW IT WORKS THEY HAVE TO CALL US. I go ok um well Walmart says they’ve been calling you all day and you haven’t picked up. She instantly starts screaming at me THEY HAVE MOST CERTAINLY NOT BEEN CALLING US ALL DAY!!! Taken back, I then tell her um actually all I’m trying to do is get my medicine cause I’m having trouble breathing. I call Walmart and say they’re refusing to call them and they say ummmm what? Eventually dude from CVS calls them and I get it settled. For the first time in my life I got screamed at by a pharmacist for trying to get my asthma medicine."
