"Very Poor service I took in a prescription from the ER and I went there before 1:00 Pm and they made me waiting after 2 to pick up my prescriptions what’s going on with these pharmacies that you go sick with a needed prescription and they make you wait for your medicine to feel better this is outrageous and I will be calling corporate"

"If you need a prescription, please just go somewhere else. I had the worst customer service at this pharmacy. We were waiting for a prescription prescribed for my daughter since medical discharge after her hospitalization. First, they never called us to tell us that the insurance was not covering the prescription, after 2 days waiting for the medication to be prepared, we call to find out that the reason they never prepared the order was because they needed to know if we wanted the prescription anyways, after agreeing to buy it anyways, they told us "is going to be ready tomorrow ", to find out the next day that the prescription was out of stock. We talked with a rude pharmacist that said she was going to call other pharmacies to find out which one have the medication, that she was going to call us back in an hour with an answer. One hour passed and nothing, so we called again this pharmacy just to find that she never called anywhere and had the audacity to have a nasty attitude with my daughter, her nasty attitude was far and beyond, 0 empathy, rude and the worst attitude from this pharmacist. My daughter is really sick and this medication is extremely important, and there is no need to have some woman with a bad attitude talking to her like this woman did. If she don't like her job, go and work somewhere else."

"This is the cleanest and friendliest CVS in the area. Their pharmacy is super quick and always so nice. I actually like going to this CVS as opposed to other drug stores in the area."

"It's not Walgreens ! Started going to Walgreens about 2 years ago. After going to CVS a couple weeks ago I remembered why . The employees were impressionable not helpful at all. Made me feel uncomfortable. Could not find what my wife need so I left empty handed. Won't go to CVS again unless hell freezes over and even then I'd think twice before I did."
