"We use to love puppy palace, the people were kind, the place was clean but the owner is the reason we will not be back. We bought a package of 20 days and was told we would have a year to use them. Well the owner changed her policy to now only giving 90 days to use the packages. That would have been fine but she did not inform us of the changes. There is no communication , and won’t even honor the days that I had. That is a scam…. They are money hungry and wouldn’t even work with me over this situation. She just kept saying “we called , we called” but I never got a call, voicemail, email, nothing… I’m sure she will comment to this post saying “we called everyone” but that’s not true. Very hurt that this owner is like this and we will not be supporting a business like that."

"My ole girl looked great after her grooming. My only complaint is that she was there for 4 hours and I feel that's too long for a dog that's nearly 13 years old with hip problems, not to mention the stress. I will admit that her behavior was normal once she got home, which is a positive."

"I was scared to board my baby. I did a bunch of research and found Brandon Puppy Palace. She had to stay for 2 day's, I was very impressed how attentive they are. I was watching my baby on the camera and saw she peed on her bed so I called and within 1 minute they went and got the bed and washed it! They took great care of my baby thanks a bunch the whole staff was wonderful!!"

"I dropped my 9 year old and 3 year old dogs off on Friday morning. They were there until Monday at 10am. I booked a suite for them that included a web cam! Every night by 8pm there was urine on the floor and remained there until the following morning! I called multiple times and left messages no one ever returned my calls! I watched for many hours on the web cam and through the entire night my pups were never looked on. The urine was very concerning to me because my dogs are well trained and if they had been taken out this wouldn’t have occurred. I had my pups bathed before they came home and I’m grateful I did more on that later. When I picked my dogs up they couldn’t wait to leave! Upon inspection of the dog carriers and 6 toys they were covered in feces the smell was horrific. So not only were they urinating in their suite they were also having bowel movements! When I arrived one blanket and bed inside of carrier were In laundry….I took them home soaking wet…..I had to launder and bleach these items to get the smell and germs out! That’s why I said I was grateful I had them bathed or they’d smell the same way! The total cost was $470 and I feel badly for boarding them at Puppy Palace I do feel they were neglected! I have recently moved to Ruskin and I visited this place and it seemed good. I’m writing this so others don’t have the same experience we did!!!! Do your research!!! I will not return here nor do I recommend this for any dog!!! Since we have been home Molly 3 year old has had 2 urine accidents that’s total regression bc of the circumstances.
