"Very caring and professional staff. Had to take my teacup Maltese at 7-months and 3-lbs in after she ate one of my 200-mg Advil tablets. They took good care of her, were quick to act, and provided me with treatments options. If you have a pet emergency, I would recommend this place. Parking is behind the building and they do have reserved spots, but not a lot of spaces. I had a difficult time finding their entrance in the rear since it was late evening when I went, but there is an LED sign (not turned on when I arrived) that reads "Animal ER". Comfortable exam rooms with couches and a doorbell if you need to call anyone into your room. I have been to Blue Pearl Animal ER and I would recommend this place as much as I recommend that one in Largo."
"I brought my baby in after she’d been sneezing for a few days and of course on Christmas Eve she looked like she was worsening. I called Beacon and they got me in immediately, Dr. Nagle was very thorough and put together an appropriate treatment plan. Hunter, the nurse, was fantastic with answering all of my questions and going through all the options with me. Thank you for helping me treat my kitty and hopefully she’ll be fine soon! I’m definitely at peace knowing the hospital is open 365 days, 24/7! Everyone’s “bed side manner” was wonderful and I couldn’t have ask for a more friendly team who love the animals they work with!"
"We sadly lost our two cats recently, but Beacon’s amazing vets and staff were wonderful to work with. Their end of life care was very kind and supportive, and I am very thankful for what their whole team does. I highly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation looking for help with their older pets. They even helped our second cat recover and have three more great weeks of life before we had to bring him back. I’m very grateful for that."
