"Clean & somewhat accommodating facility. We booked our dogs the VIP boarding experience & after checking the cameras, noticed our younger dog was in the kennel all day with no day camp time -- which we paid for. When I called to check, they notated that no employees realized he had been neutered since his prior visit (anyone with eyeballs would have seen this 120 lb dog was neutered but I digress) & they would get him to day camp. Fast forward to last week when I logged in to change my password...found the employees' note section where the *professional* I spoke to wrote an inappropriate note on our dogs account. I'm sure there are other more efficiently ran establishments where the employees don't write note about customers' requests or concerns....."
"From my pup's perspective this place is awesome. Love the play area, the daycare staff and the vet. That being said, do not make any late payments! See my letter of complaint to the front office manager at the vet - "I felt my entire visit was tarnished because I made late payments. There was a general patronizing atmosphere and I was somehow taken off the annual plan, and a visit prior was blocked because the office staff placed a hold on my dogs daycare access even after I made the payment. There was a strong feeling of judgement when I paid the year up front. They refused to allow me to make monthly payments and left me no other option, with the look like they were hoping that I would just have to leave because there's no way I could pay it. I hope no one in their life goes through any late payment situation and be treated the way I was treated. Then, they had an old card on file in the actual vet and for some reason didn't update it with the new card hence the card didn't work. Not sure why all the systems do not "talk"? Once updated the payment went through. The staff's attitude was super judgmental through that as well. Yuck." So, yeah - office staff needs some customer service training. Or just stop judging people - it's tasteless."
"Love that they have cameras. Sent my pups here for their first ever daycare experience. First dog went to tiny town and was absolutely fine. Only barely an hour after I dropped them off, I get a phone call from the manager to warn me that if I'm looking at the cameras, my larger puppy is absolutely fine, but has been hanging out in the corner by the fence. They reassured me that the staff have been checking on her and trying to coax her out of the corner, but physically she is fine and that they'll give her some more time. A few hours into the day I'm checking their Webcam and my poor girl is still hiding in the corner. I called to check on her, and Ashlynn(sp?) was absolutely amazing. I asked if my larger breed puppy could try tiny town as she is still very young and her sister is in there, and after checking with her manager she carried my baby in there, played with her for a bit, and then called me back to give me updates. She also asked first to make sure its okay to give treats, which was kind. 10/10 helpful for this helicopter mom to know her pups are being cared for"
"Buyer beware! If I can give this place negative stars I would. This place has obviously gone downhill. I usually don’t comment on these forums but this struck a nerve. It has been three weeks since our dog has been with PetParadise and just now we are getting her back to normal. She went in healthy and came out with two massive ear infections and bacterial skin infection. So, after $1500 of vet bills and care we have decided to never take her back to this establishment. You’ve been warned."
