"Unprofessional staff. They don’t answer their phone EVER & they NEVER have my medication on stock. Each and every time I’ve gone in to pick up my prescription they had told me they don’t have the medication and they “might”have it 3-4 days later. I’ve been working in pharmacy for 10 years, each and every medication is vital to the patient’s health. Therefore to tell a patient that they might have their medication 3 to 4 business days later is extremely dangerous and negligent."

"They NEVER have my medications when I need them in the past 2 years since I have been going to them. And it is almost always critical and time sensitive meds. I am tethered to this pharmacy by my insurance so now I will have to jump through hoops to change from them and in the mean time do without because if I go there one more time and they tell me it will come on Monday and then on Monday they say Tuesday and then on Tuesday they say maybe over the weekend and we're back to Monday again, and if I called I would get a perpetual loop until I just have to hang up. I'll just not deal with them."

"The worst of the worst. If your medication requires a Prior Authorization they won't do it. They'll just tell you that your insurance won't cover it. And good luck contacting them by phone."

"The young, asian lady that "helped me " had such a disgusting attitude, you just can feel the angry and aggressive energy coming out of her. She looked so annoyed at my existence, frowning and asking, but what is this, but what is it for, but... Like how dare I go there with my dumb prescription and interrupt her."
