"Hands down the best CVS in Orlando. They are never rude, they fill your prescription fast, and transactions are quick and painless. Definitely appreciated when you are sick and just need to pick up and go home. I have never had a bad experience at this location, and that is rare these days. Thank you to all of the staff here. "Drive thru pharmacy services need to be sped up. If you cannot help the person in a timely manner than ask them to come into the store. Update 6/1/22 pharmacy didn’t transfer pills from Costco as I asked yesterday. Whoever I just spoke with hung up on me since I asked why not and reiterated I needed it done ASAP. The rudeness of the Hangup dropped them one star. Ridiculous- you don’t do your job, so I dare ask why and you hang up on me?"

"I usually have good experience when visiting a CVS store through out the city, but today I was disappointed with the service at this location after trying to use a coupon for a passport picture and was turned down by the staff stating that I need the coupon printed on a piece of paper. The store needs to train better the staff or have a clear advertise when comes to the information on the coupon that says“scan the bar code or insert the code” the information was misleading or the staff did not want to help at all. Now days on digital era who has the time to print coupons everything is done through the phones ."

"I usually have great service but today, I had such a bad experience I had to leave this review. I come once or twice a week to buy quick snacks or protein, and once every Sunday to get change to do laundry. Today though I met Jeritzza she was sitting at the counter playing on her phone and refused to give me change, with an aggressive attitude. She claimed that she couldn't just open the drawer, that I had to buy something but every week before this time I had no problem simply get change without a purchase. I wasn't bother though I left the counter picked up an item and proceed to make a purchase, I used a card because I needed every dollar I was going to get from breaking the $20 bill I had. Now as I watch Jeritzza sign in to the register it pops open, I call her out on her lie because I havent made the purchase yet, and then she fires me more attitude. Saying "Well idk who gave you change last time but they're not me." So right after I purchased my item, which did not open the cash drawer, (because I did not used a cash) she got flustered, went to another register and rudely handed me my change for a $20. So I have learned that this CVS has terrible service later in the day when Jeritzza is working, I DO NOT RECOMMEND visiting this store. Because even a simple exchange will become a huge ordeal when employees like Jeritzza are working, this has soured my opinion of CVS, and may do the same to you. Thank you for Reading"

"I don’t like this or any CVS. The pharmacists are horrible. They didn’t know about the copay cards for my medications, they didn’t know about the government programs that deal with my disease state and they are culturally insensitive making assumptions based on medications. This has been true at every location I’ve tried to use. I’ve had to fight, argue and literally hold their hand on insurance issues any other pharmacy would have been able to navigate with ease. I want pharmacists that are critical thinkers, able to problem solve without me having to holding their hand navigating through the healthcare system. Luckily I know what I’m talking about and able to do it for myself. As for the store itself, literally the last 3 times I stopped here for a common product they didn’t have it. I had to drive to Walgreens which always has what I need and an incredibly friendly staff."
