"If I could give this a zero, I would. I live very close, which is why this is my go to Walgreens, unfortunately, yesterday was such a bad customer service experience. I was returning a product that was bought for my baby by my sister from the day before. I went into the store with my digital receipt, and the woman at the register, who was “manager.” Later on finding out she was not, but indeed, a shift lead. First, initially walking up with no sense of greet or welcoming smile. I began to explain my return and reason for the return, while she just blatantly looked at me with a very serious, questionable face. What felt to me like she was giving me complete attitude. Once she asked me for my receipt even though I had already mentioned it, she continued to ask me to show her a date on my digital receipt. I continued to let her know that all she needs to do is just scan my code, and it should pop up the date of purchase, as well as the product and all of the information. She then looked at me blankly again, and made me feel really uncomfortable, then asked me if she could take my phone and zoom in herself. Reaching over and grabbing my phone without my permission to zoom in, as if I was lying about date of purchase. Then I told her that she did not have permission to touch my phone and told her to please stop, then she caught an attitude, and then proceeded to loudly ask me to” just zoom in to the barcode.” Yasiel, finally scanned my barcode, and then took out a in-store gift card and proceeded to tell me that due to the new policy, she was not able to return my purchase with its original payment, and my only option was to receive the in-store credit. I then asked her why, and she told me that anything over $10 immediately had to go into a store credit card. I asked her to get me a manager so I can speak to them, she then said she was the manager, and that she will not be getting anybody to attend to me. She then proceeded to say that I should not worry, that I can just get anything in the store, also with an attitude. I asked her for her name, which she refused to give me. Then I was able to quickly catch her name on her name tag and I believe that is how you spell it, she is an older woman probably 30 to 40 years old with brunette, kind of reddish hair. Also glasses. Immediately leaving the store, I called Walgreens and spoke to a manager named Rosa. Rosa began to apologize for the behavior and told me that I was misguided with wrong information. Rosa allowed for me to come back into store for a refund back to my original payment, and let me know that I would be directly talking to her at the photo booth when I got in. When I finally did make it back in store, Rosa was not there, and a gentleman was able to refund me With this problem. I am truly disappointed that Walgreens encourages this kind of bad customer service to its clients, especially loyal clients, who have continued to bring the store business. With that being said, not only do the staff and management need to get properly trained on how to care for their customers. They also need to be trained on not to lie about policies, and to know the correct steps of business and refund policies. I will also be contacting Walgreens corporation due to this incident because I am baffled and disgusted with this woman’s attitude towards me for no apparent reason. Maybe it was racism? Or are you just being a angry, mean individual."
"I was treated rudely by one of your female employees doing stock. At first I thought she was a customer. Then she almost took my head off say "CAN'T YOU WAIT." She does not know, what customer service is. I have been working in customer service for over 30 years"
"Absolutely horrible customer service. I walk up to the photo counter and the lady didn’t even acknowledge me. No greeting. No “I will be right with you.” Nothing. I get you are busy but SPEAK. Don’t make me feel like you are just ignoring me standing there. When I finally said “excuse me can I get some help” is when she decides to respond “I’m busy I’ll be right with you” and I respond “thanks that’s all you had to say”. She then asked another gentleman to help me. He was kind and efficient. But this lady had no customer service skills at all. Saturday 6:40pm."
"Listen I come to this walgreens often I live right next door. And everyone I come Mr. David is there. He gets whoever he wants to greet. He always throwing my items and other customer before me items in the bag. He ride when handing you your receipt he might as well just throw it at us how aggressive he is. He act like you bothering him when you at work. I gave 3 stats because the other cashiers are sweet and pleasant but some days I just turn around when he's in there. Mr. Roy have his days but at least he still pleasant."
