"Be Careful! Safety and security issue. Outside Walgreens is dark at night. Walgreens sign doesn’t work. You have people asking money in parking lot. Avoid this Walgreens store. I am surprised Walgreens area manager and store manager don’t care about safety of the people."

"Was there in line with 4 other patrons at 9 am to p up rx According to Chris manager the pharmacist would be there in 2 minutes Well I was the last one to leave atc920 and the window was still close This seems to be a chronic pattern with at least this location? If this is the new normal then why don't you post the hours to read "open at 9:00 Providing walgreens can get a pharmacist to be here on time"

"I don't like the Walgreens because I purchased a whip cream can. Well,I got home and it was broken. It wouldn't spray out the whip cream. I took it to the store for an exchange and was told I didn't purchase it there. I had a receipt. The man who said he was the manager didn't even look at the cans he has on the shelf in the dairy section to even compare it. He treated me like I was not valued as a customer. This was before the COVID19 came about. He was a tall black man who wouldn't even tell me his name. Very rude. I will only use the pharmacy cause they have always been very kind. I hope that my review will reach out to people that can shop at the CVS across the street and not contribute to a store that allows a person to treat his customers as if they are not valued enough to spend their money there."

"I called this location as it is close to my work when I got a call from the location near my house that the medication ordered for me has been delayed and no available update on when it would come. It's very important that I take this medication as close to 3pm today as possible. When this location did not have the medication I asked if they could check the computer to see if another location nearby has it. The girl that had answered the phone told me she was "too busy". I told her it's very important that I get this medication as soon as possible and that was horrible customer service. I asked for a manager. Someone else came on the line and asked me which store I had ordered the medication through and told me she was going to transfer me to that store to help me and then HUNG UP on me before even asking what store it was. Wow."
