"The last few interactions with the pharmacy workers at CVS have been terrible. Today I was hung up on while I was in the middle of talking. I could not get my medicine yesterday because their machine couldn't verify with insurance providers. I have been going to the same CVS building, getting the same meds, with the same insurance for years.. today I called to check on it and they hadn't even attempted to check with insurance, so they said it just connected now and you can come back in 3 hours. I'm going to sit in their drive thru."
