"Vet was very dismissive of our concerns, and honestly kind of rude? We told her our recently adopted cat had a bump we were concerned about and she didn't even double check for it and dismissed it as she didn't feel anything on her initial 20 second check. She was very adamant that the churu treat on his chin was discharge despite us repeatedly telling her that he got some on his fur as we were trying to coax him into his carrier for the first time. Also charged us for two bottles of medicine for our cat when 1 bottle lasted more time than we were told to give him."
"I’ve always used this vet and had a great experience. I just called to talk about an appointment I made a day prior when it turns out they never scheduled it, which is fine. After speaking with the receptionist I could tell she was very annoyed with me and was taking her bad morning out on me. I even said “ I can tell your very upset and I’m sorry, I am being patient and nice to you” by the end of the call I simply said “actually i’m going to just find a new vet because of you” and hung up. It sucks pretty bad because I do like the vets here. If you’re in service please don’t take your bad day out on a nice client. ."

"Love this vet. The entire staff is above reproach. The doctors are incredible and everyone there has their heart in it for the animals. Professional and courteous doesn't say enough. They are the definition of above and beyond. Thank you!!"
