"Go elsewhere!! Do not use Petco Apopka for grooming services or purchase anything. I had been bringing my dog since I got him early 2020 for grooming services every 5 weeks. The rewards program was nice in the beginning, but as time went on, it was more of a hassle instead of a benefit, service got worse, prices were increased considerably and additional MATERIAL FEES were added. When I would pick up my little guy, he smelled so good, as time went on he didn’t even smell like he had been bathed. They charge you additional fees for materials, but the products have no smell at all. Then you had to fight to get them to give you your reward credit. Then the store itself started charging you for a bag when you purchased items, I was told that is store policy!! The manager says nothing he can do. I will not give my money to such a company!!!"
