"Both of these doctors are THE best Family Practice doctors I have ever found. When hospitalized 3 times through ER, one of them was there within 1/2 hour. Yes, they may run a little late occasionally but you also don’t have to hang on to their lab coats to get all your questions or concerns answered! Bedside manner second to none. THEY REALLY DO CARE!! Austin is a great addition to the group. I never have to worry about prescriptions or anything else not taken care of with a phone call. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have never felt as if they were not listening, and that they were not highly qualified. Sometimes I just walked in the office without an appointment, but they would make time to see me. Why four stars? They see a lot of patients, and I feel not enough time is spent with each patient. But, I will take that over leaving them. I think I am lucky to have them as my neighbor healthcare providers."
