"I went here on 2/01/2024 and I took my baby girl Makayla in because she had belly bloat bad. The vet and the lady technician came in the room, he examined her very well and they treated her with such amazing respect. They took her for x rays and then the news that every person dreads came. Makayla wasn’t able to continue life without being in pain and nothing could correct that. I started to cry and they left me alone with her to say good bye and I had to walk out while it was done. They came and got me when it was over and they put a heart on her towel so I knew where her head was, they hugged me and held me while I cried for my girl. The vet came and hugged me and then they did the most amazing thing. They didn’t want people to see my girl or myself being so upset and they walked me out the back so I could mourn my sweet baby privately. They treated me with such dignity and such respect I was so amazed. The only thing they cared about was my baby and nothing else. The most amazing staff I have ever met."
