"I've been with this practice for 3 + yrs. Very happy with the staff and Dr. Z. Changes have occurred, Sherry departed the practice to spend more time with her family. Heather moved on and of course Dr. Z made a decision to leave the model home office for a new office couple miles away with way better parking. Dr. Z made another decision to adopt the the private or otherwise known as concierge medical services. This business model is being adopted by many very competent doctors across the country bc insurance regulations handcuff the doctor and patient. Through all these changes I find the practice has improved and it was about perfect before. I have outstanding private insurance, but I decided to pay my monthly membership fee and stay with Dr. Z due to the outstanding availability/access to the Dr. In all my life I can count only once I rec'd a call from my primary doc. Dr. Z has either personally emailed me or called me direct a few times. Dr. Z cares very much about my health and well-being. I'm grateful to escape the "corporate" healthcare offices where you can't even get a message to your Dr. When you call for appt you are most likely talking to a call taker located in another county. No thanks, this office, staff and Dr are great."

Only to be told that i should have come half hr earlier to fill out paperwork, which i was aware, however after receiving text i figured things had been changed. Empty office but i was turned away. What a waste of time and effort.."
