"The worst experience I have ever had with a healthcare facility. Despite the office receiving the referral letter and documentation, they insisted I have a hard copy before I could be seen. In my attempts to procure that information they blamed the other doctor office and even myself instead of taking responsibility for their shortcomings. The staff was rude, very impatient and uncooperative. When I was finally seen by the doctor I tried to ask questions regarding the tests the doctor wanted and he refused to explain and then stormed out of the room! All around the office treated me as if I was wasting their time and completely invalidated my concerns. Their behavior is shameful, completely unprofessional and I will not be returning."
