"It's unfair to this doctor's office regarding these negative reviews. I've been a patient for over 3 years and the Doctors and staff have taken very good care of my health. The office is beautiful and super clean. The girls in the office are awesome -- very competent and are doing a great job considering COVID and everything else. They have grown so much as an office too, the wait times have been cut in half and I've never had a problem with insurance or authorizations."

"I recently moved to the area and was in need of a local doctor. I called Southwest General Healthcare Center to see if they were accepting new patients and the receptionist confirmed this. She asked me to send a picture of my insurance card to their email. I never heard back from them... I followed up via email, called three times, and left multiple messages but I never got through to anyone. Extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend going here."
