"Ever since Dr. Harris left and sold the business, the customer service has gone down hill FAST. They now belong to a corporation and this is NOT a good thing. No one seems to know what's going on. You can't get in touch with anyone in the office OR the endoscopy center. You get caught in a telephone maze and they DON"T CALL YOU BACK when you finally get a recording. My husband is supposed to have procedure done tomorrow and they called him this morning at 9:00 with a few questions. They said they would have to call him back. In order to have his procedure done tomorrow, he needs to start prepping at 3:00pm today and no one has called him back and he can't get in touch with anyone to see if his procedure is taking place or not. He doesn't want to do the prep if they're not going to do the procedure."

"I visited Associates in Digestive Health today. I was rather pleased with my visit. From the moment Nastasha introduced herself, weighted me, and took me into the office, my experience was above expectation. I saw Dr Bhavin Patel today for the second time. He is warm, kind, preofessional, and very knowledgeable. He has always gone above and beyond when treating me. Next, I encountered Liz, who sat with me to schedule my appointment. She was quick to find an agreed upon time/date for my procedure. Finally, I had the pleasure to spend some time with the office manager, Cheri. Cheri was outstanding. I was unable to set up the portal. Cheri spent at least 45 minutes with me until we were able to unlink my account and re link it with the office information. I must say, I wish more Dr.'s offices were as caring and as professional. How often do we hear just call me if you have a problem. The staff at Associates in Digestive Health really do mean it. I would not hesitate recommending Dr. Patel and his staff at the Cape Coral office."

"Sadly, they have zero respect for your time and when I questioned when I would be seen by Dr Weissblatt after waiting 40 mins and arriving 10 early as requested, I was told I was next after being met with an ugly attitude by Liz, one of the nurses. 10 mins later I asked where he was, I had now been here for nearly an hour for a consult only. Liz once again as rude and said that he would not rush through his other patients "just" to see me. I expressed that I understood that but I had now been here for an hour and my appt was for 1:10 and I arrived early as requested.. She said I could leave if I didn't like it so I took her up on her offer and did just that after getting a refund for my co-pay. I run my own business and do not talk to or treat my customers that way, so I sure am not paying to be treated like that. My guess is that they book multiple appts for the same time. Not only do they not respect your time, they give you lip service as an added bonus. I will find another digestive doc to do business with that actually respects your time and their staff actually appears to care."

"Dr Fernandez introduced himself. He listened to all my issues and concerns. Came up with a strategy to start dealing with some issues until all my testing was complete, this gave me relief. He explained what he thought was going on and other options for relief once all testing was complete. He was very kind and did not rush me one bit. I’m really happy that he will be my new Doctor!!"
