"Posting a different review because the administrator did not like the previous one. I admit I could have said it better so this is the same review, a little softer. Yes I was a patient here for years. I may not be found under this name but rest assured I was a patient. Office staff was friendly and I believe they try their hardest to get things right. I have on occassion experiened no call backs that were promised, long hold times, and mis-management of refills and referrals. It was always corrected. I do feel that it has turned into a ladies social circle at the front desk though. A little too casual for my liking but everyone likes different things. I reiterate my previous post. I truly feel my ethnicity effected the treatment I received. This is my OPINION, therefore cannot be fraudulent as you previously accused me of. I have personally witnessed over the years that I was a patient there, that the majority of the clients were increasingly of another ethnicity and demographic. I have also witnessed the Dr seemed to listen to them longer, had a much better repore with them, and didn't rush them through an appointment. Many times I felt uncomfortable because the staff would speak amongst themselves in front of me in a language that is not my primary language. I felt as though he had already formulated a plan before I could fully explain details. Yet I would hear him being very detail oriented with those of the same ethnicity. It appeared as though he had more compassion for them. It upsets me to feel this way about anyone, let alone a health care team who had access to my personal details and health records. It is for this reason that I chose to look for a different primary care physician. I feel no ill will towards him or the staff. You have the right to treat whichever ethnicity or group that you feel comfortable with. Just as I have a right to my OPINION and to be treated with care, respect and dignity, all of which seemed to be effected by my ethnicity in my OPINION."

"Dr Lopez & his staff are over the top; they are professional, courteous & very friendly. The office is always clean. Dr Lopez never rushes the exams, he takes time to listen & he makes sure his explanations are clear. I highly recommend him."
