"This was the first time boarding our dog Apollo that's almost 2yrs old and the total price I was told on the phone for 5 days went up because they added on more shots and a checkup and not only that, while in their care days after the Vet-checkup Apollo received a WOUND on her backside and they asked me over the phone if I wanted the Vet to look at it, Really! My dog received a WOUND at their kennel on their watch and they want to charge me even more money to have the Vet look at it!!! Besides the kennel looking old and rundown on the inside Apollo will never go back there again! UNACCEPTABLE!"
