"I transferred all of my scripts to Publix from CVS. So happy I did so. 1) I’m able to get a live person on the line. 2) if there is a problem, Publix notifies me immediately so we can troubleshoot the outcome. 3) The staff actually care about their patient base and it shows. At CVS the metrics-based computer system takes preference over patient care."

"This is the worst run and most frustrating pharmacy I have ever worked with. You cannot get through on their phone line -they force you to leave a message which promises a call back "within a few business hours" which never comes. The online service they recommend is useless other than a few minute tasks. I am moving all of my family's medications to another pharmacy. I am beyond frustrated with their customer service."

"This is the worst run and most frustrating pharmacy I have ever worked with. On multiple occasions they would randomly fill a prescription in my file that either had never been filled or I filled it there well over a year ago and will fill it and run it through insurance. This last time I called and spoke with someone three days in a row asking for it to be put back so I could fill the correct prescription at my current pharmacy. Every time they promised to put it back but never did. They even kept sending text and phone calls to come pick up my prescription. I had to call insurance and have them cancel it. The pharmacist is one of the rudest individuals I have ever come across, the nicer you are the more frustrated this individual becomes."
