"They’re very polite. But the line did take me half an hour and there was one person in front of me and three people behind me. They said that they were still looking for it so to bear with them, but I don’t really understand why it’s not organized in a way that the pharmacists could access prescriptions quickly and efficiently. I guess I’m just used to Costco’s, they’re very quick and reliable. Hopefully they can use this as a learning lesson lol, they’re still kind nonetheless so I appreciate that."

"Rosemary "pharmacy manager " is the rudest person I have ever talked to, I work customer service and can't believe she is allowed to speak to people. She talks over you she does not listen, I called everyday for 7 days straight and received a different answer each time about a medication needed for my child."

"Horrible place! Told meds would be ready at 3pm and after waiting in a 34 min line at 5:03pm I find out they haven’t even started it and it would be another 20 min wait. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Definitely don’t recommend and definitely don’t come here unless it’s our last option."

"Do not go to this pharmacy! At first this one lady told me that I didn't have any prescriptions which I was confused about since I knew my doctor put in a prescription to this pharmacy for me. Then she asked me which medication I needed. I told her which one and she told me that it was on back order. Luckily there was another lady next to her that overheard and said no her prescription is in the back and asked me to have a seat while she prepared it for me. A few minutes later the first lady calls me up and hands me someone else's filled out covid vaccination form that had all of their personal information in it. When my medication was finally ready, nobody explained to me how to use it even though it was an injection that I have never used before and turned out to be really complicated once I watched a YouTube video on how to use it. Please for your sake never go to this pharmacy. I also forgot to mention, my medication is supposed to come with alcohol wipes but they didn't include those ."
