"I had to bring my cat in last week and found out he had a urinary blockage.. due to the fast action of the pet hospital they were able to clear his blockage.. they were so helpful and answered all of my many questions and concerns and provided helpful advice Thanks so much to Tiffany and the entire staff for helping Link. He is doing so much better now and we couldn’t be more grateful."

"Dr Larratta, is great. I took my Chihuahua, Thalia into emergency, her eye got basically poked out. My original plan was to take her for some pain relief to get her to Blue Pearl.. but their optometrist are off on the weekends. It was late Saturday night. So I took the very painful decision to take her eye. He was understanding of my failure to accept what was happening as the rest of the staff. N she is fine.. took her days later to her norm vet n they said his work was really nice. It's been two weeks now. She's just bout totally healed n almost just the same lil billy goat she's always been. It does take a long time there, n when I showed up all of a sudden everyone else did too, so she was put on delay. They do need more Drs on shift. As for all the others reviews that are sad they can't be there.. that's been a drop off system thing since the dawn of COViD. I wish I could upload pics of her ."

"We have brought 2 cats into Animal Emergency of Pasco within the past month. One of them needed an eye removal and the other a tail amputation. Each time, we experienced such caring and professional staff at the facility. They truly care about the animals and help in need with the community for urgent cases. Dr. Lee and all the staff were wonderful. I was even running late for pick up and a staff member stayed after closing just to wait for me. They really went above and beyond expectations. "“I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this animal hospital. When I arrived, there was a random cat hissing and swatting at other animals in the waiting room, which was quite unsettling. After they took my cat to the back, I waited for over 4 hours without any communication. When they finally called, they claimed my cat needed a barrage of tests, which was not expected for the simple procedure I brought him in for. The initial estimate of $1300+ suddenly increased by $1000 for overnight treatment, which was unnecessary. The communication was abysmal, and they failed to inform me about the tests and medication my cat was receiving. In the end, they couldn’t even provide a clear diagnosis, and it felt like they took advantage of me, charging $1300 for a seemingly bogus issue. Adding to the frustration, they carelessly cut two of my cat’s nipples, which were bleeding when we got home. It’s evident they were negligent in their handling of my pet’s care. Furthermore, they forgot to remove the wrapping on his leg, showcasing their lack of attention to detail. This hospital appears to prioritize their profits over the well-being of the animals. I strongly advise against taking your pets here.”"
