"I came here on a last minute opening they had, and my experience was not great. The receptionist was pleasant and have no complaints about her. But the Dr and her assistant were unprofessional to say the least. First of all for the assistant, you work at a vet clinic please be presentable, and not look like you just rolled out of bed. Pull your hair up and brush it. For the Dr, First, you should go over the prices of the vaccination before administering it. Second, if I choose to get only the 1-year rabies vaccine ($35) vs the 3 year rabies ($105) don't laugh in my face. Maybe there were more Veterinarians there but my experience with this place is not good and will not be returning."

"We were so lucky to get Dr. Hendrixs as new clients to the office, he takes the time to explain things so you can understand what's going on with your fur family. The other thing is this office is less expensive than one up the road so I'm not complaining ex. Up the road wanted starting price $2000 and up for dental cleaning. I'm like, nope, I've never paid that before and am not going to start even with teeth being pulled!! At least here they do a thorough exam on my "hissing" cat, and up the road didn't, but charged me as she did! The techs are very nice that we've dealt with, and the girls at the desk as well, much more delightful than up the road for sure when you walk in the door right until you walk out. If you want a nice experience and good care for your fur family, I suggest you check out their office as Dr. Hendrixs is awesome. Ozzy and Jagger C"

"Dr. Billy Hendrix is a wonderful doctor. He is kind, patient and knowledgeable. Yes VCA Lecanto is a bit pricey. But I can’t put a cost on my pets, as I always say: owning a pet is a privilege and not a right. The girls at the front are usually nice and do their best to get us an appointment as quickly as possible. They answer any questions I have and work so hard. Working check-in and check-out can be just as stressful in veterinary care as other areas of the clinic. Back to Dr. Hendrix- he is the most intelligent Vet I’ve ever brought my pets to see and he’s the reason we switched over to VCA Lecanto. Some appointments I have a-lot of questions need an array of things handled and Dr. Hendrix really cares! I’m so thankful he’s Joey and Fibi’s Vet. Lastly, I would like to thank Jill who is a Vet Tech. Jill has worked at VCA Lecanto for about two months she said but has been in the field for around 30 years I think she said.
