"While visiting from NC we took our 13 year old pug there for urgent care on a Saturday due to terrible coughing and breathing issues. DR. Davis and the entire staff were very efficient, patient, and understanding. Dr. Davis explained everything to us and was very personable. We were given an estimate of treatment prior and when given the bill, it was even less even including the meds. Highly recommend!"

"Today was one of the hardest days any pet owner can go through for me, but the staff at UF at WEC and Dr. Michael Davison made it as positive an experience as it could be considering the situation. They where all so kind, caring, and compassionate to our needs, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better end of life experience for Kimba. Thank you so much for being there for my family and I and allowing me the privilege of holding her hand till her last breath was gone. You’ll never know how much those few moments meant to me. I have 4 more dogs and I honestly wouldn’t consider any other vet in town for them. We are patients for life!"

"Sorry to say but the experience was not up to my expectations. It cost over 100.00 to walk in the door, which I knew before I got there but, after arriving at 8am with only a couple people before me I still had to wait 2 hours for my dog to be seen. Unfortunately the vet also greatly disappointed me, he wasn't willing to listen or ask pertinent questions about my dog's symptoms. I communicated some with him but he acted like he knew it all. He quickly looked at the front of my dog's teeth without checking the back teeth, which to me is more important. Then he never looked at my dog's belly even though I mentioned he threw up twice early that same morning. I felt no connection with this male vet whatsoever. I came away saying to myself I don't want to return there again. However, It wasn't all negative the two girls at the front desk were friendly and the facility was clean and nice artwork was on the walls. I prefer a vet who listens to my concerns and has a polite manner. We didn't hit it off at all unfortunately. Not worth the time and money."

"We took our lab in for not being able to move his head up or to the right. The vet came in and was very friendly. He popped his neck a few times and you could already see a big difference. I felt like the vet really cared about our big man. The price wasn't bad either! Highly recommend!!"

"Dr Bell and staff are so wonderful, kind, and caring, on top of being knowledgeable. They were incredibly thorough with their treatment and questions to ensure that my horse received the best possible care. Pam the receptionist was so sweet she even held my little dog while my horse was getting treated so he wouldn't have to sit in the hot truck this facility is truly top notch and I will be back!"
