"When we moved to Sarasota four years ago we chose Dr. Little at Sarasota Personal Medicine (SMP) as our GP after an extensive internet research. It turned out that this was the right decision. Dr. Little impressed us with up-to-date medical knowledge, excellent listening skills, and a pleasant personality. On the rare occasions that we contacted him on evenings or weekends, he was always available and took the time to understand the issue before offering well-informed advice. We also greatly appreciated SMP’s network of equally knowledgeable and professional specialist doctors to whom he referred us. The staff at SMP were exceptionally friendly, efficient, and attentive to our needs. They made us feel at home and always cared for. Appointments were easy to make and Dr. Little and SMP nurses were always on time. The office was kept impeccably clean and always had a welcome feel. The travel pouch with essential medication that we received was a nice and practical gesture. SMP replaced the medication every year to stay current. We always carry it with us when traveling. In short, we were very satisfied with the services we received and are happy to recommend this practice. We recently moved away from Sarasota and already miss Dr. Little and the staff at SMP who had given us such peace of mind when it came to our health."
"I have been a patient of this practice for almost 4 years and don’t know what I would have done without Dr. Little, my primary care physician, and Dr. Fineman. They are so caring and compassionate to all my needs, and there have been many."
"My husband and I have been with Sarasota Personal Medicine for several years. My primary care doctor is Dr. Chris Little and my husband sees Dr. Steve Fineman. Our experience with both if them has been nothing short of exceptional. The doctors and nurses in the practice are very thorough and empathetic. They truly go above and beyond in all situations whether it be during or after hours. Their knowledge and ability to communicate complex medical information in a relatable way truly sets them apart. They are both extremely genuine and care deeply for their patients. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone seeking top-notch medical care."
"My wife went to this practice. They (Dr. Little and Nurse Dooley) were pleasant at the initial intake interview. They indicated that they would request my wife's medical records (we provided a release). They said they would be back in contact with us. They did not call back. My wife made an appointment to go over what she thought would be her medical records and create a plan for the future. When she went to confirm the appointment, the Office staff said there was no appointment in the books. Nurse Dooley left a Voice Message indicating that my wife wasn't a good match for their practice. When my wife later called and asked Nurse Dooley for an explanation, she was evasive and didn't answer my wife's questions. They hadn't even requested the medical records! We felt this service was extremely poor. If this is 'Personal Medicine' at its finest, it's not the way to go."
"My mother had terminal cancer and perhaps my expectations were too high, but think you should have known how much she had declined and not sent orchids wishing her a very happy Thanksgiving. She died the day after Thanksgiving. You're a concierge doctor. You couldn't find the time to come see her when she was dying? Kept in touch with hospice? You had her money and wiped your hands clean of her when hospice got involved. Maybe, I'm just angry and you're a convenient scapegoat."
