"The three women at the front desk need to be fired. I'm currently sitting in the waiting area and they are flat out loud and ghetto. They are literally the most unprofessional women I have ever seen in a doctor's office. It's a shame that they have all these bad reviews, yet, you guys still have them up here. Can only make you wonder how much do they really care for their patients because you can tell these women are only here for the money."
"Worse Place On Both Dental & Medical. They Never Answer The Phone EVER! Like Another Review Said, They Sit On Their Butt All Day & Continue To Forward Calls While Chatting With Co Workers. Let’s Start With Dental, You Have To Wait Months Away Just For An Appointment, I Set An Appointment In April & They Said They Were Booked Until Next Year Of 2024. & Before That Appointment I Was Hoping To Get Work Done But They Onky Set Appointments To Look & Do X Rays, I Already Went To Another Dentist & They Sent A Referral Stating I Need A Fill Because I Recently Had A Root Canal Did Which I Paid 1500 Cash Because My Insurance Doesn’t Cover It. If You Know Anything About Root Canals When You Get The Work Done They Tell You That You Have 2-6 Weeks To Get A Fill Because They Put A Temporary Fill In & If Not Done Within That Time You Would Need Another Root Canal Procedure, Which Would Be Another 1500 Cash Out Of My Pocket. So I Have To Wait Until Next Year Just For Them To Tell Me What I Already Know. Also I’m Pregnant & Before I Had Any Work Done I Had To Get An Approval From My OB, I Called Weeks In Advanced For Them To Have A Letter Ready & No One Answered, I Left Voice Messages Everything. Day Of The Dental Appointment Still No Letter, My Dentist Refused To See Me Until They Got The Letter. So They Personally Had To Call Over & Over Just To Get The Letter & I Was Called Back A Week After Dental Work Was Done Saying I Had A Message Left For Them. I Have Medicaid For Insurance & I Don’t Have Many Options As Far As Doctors. They Treat Us Like Shii. I Will Be Changing Doctors I Hate The Entire Place. Ms.Washington Is As Good As It Gets When It Comes To Caring For Patients & She’s Not Even A Doctor So It’s Pointless."
"The dentist office is really good with friendly people. The main clinic is exactly the opposite. The staff seem be the most apathetic people I’ve ever encountered. Not really rude but just so uninterested in helping you out. I had to make an appointment two months in advance and still was waiting for over an hour to be seen. I’m going on the marketplace to try and get health insurance so I don’t have to deal with the nightmare experience of the Bond Center."
"My fiancé has a primary care physician here and she’s been trying to get her seizure medicine refilled since Monday. Her doctor REFUSED to refill her medication until she came in for an appointment my fiancé agreed and scheduled an appointment but wanted them she was going to be having seizures by the next day if she didn’t get her medicine, the doctor still refused. Then the day before her appointment she got a call saying the clinic was CLOSED the day of her appointment forcing her to go even longer without her medication. The next day that they opened she called more than 5 TIMES to reschedule her appointment which they did but also to try and get a refill to at least last her until the day of the appointment and NOTHING!!!! No call back no refill not a thing. She’s already started having seizures since she has no medicine and that was also explained to the dr. STILL NOTHING!!! Not a doctor or clinic that cares about the well being of their patients in my opinion they’re putting my fiancés life at jeopardy by not refilling her medicine which isn’t a narcotic or anything that can be abused it’s a seizure medication and that is all and they refuse to refill it so that she can even make it to the appointment."
"I had lower back PRP and prolotheray. It has been the most stable in 32 years. It is fantastic. The last six months have been the best in years. It has given a lot of my life back. My mother had the same thing done last September and the and the Doctors told her she would be in a wheelchair by now but she’s doing good and walking around good. The best she’s been walking around in three years."
