"The waiting room is shockingly dirty, visible marks all over the walls and floors. Toys looked like they have never been wiped down (I wiped them down with wipes and it was black). They did not have any updated equipment. the receptionist who seems to be the only one seems over worked and are not very organized as it took me over 3 or 4 phone calls and multiple emails to get the completed paperwork for her shot and physical forms that were supposed to be sent over a month prior. The Drs were sweet and caring I won’t complain on that but I will not be bringing my daughter back again."

"I strongly advise against choosing this establishment for your family's healthcare needs. The level of professionalism displayed by the staff is severely lacking, and the wait times are unreasonably long. As an active duty Army member with 15 years of service and extensive experience traveling the world, I have encountered various healthcare facilities, including those in remote locations, that have provided exceptional care. Regrettably, I must say that this pediatric clinic is, without a doubt, the worst I have ever visited. The reception staff's customer service is subpar, even when compared to fast-food chains like Popeyes. The quality of check-ups conducted here is far from satisfactory, contributing to an overall unpleasant experience. I would strongly caution my fellow service members against bringing their children to this clinic; however, it is worth noting that this establishment has been dropped from the Tricare Network, which further validates my concerns. I urge you to learn from my regretful experience and seek alternative options."

"When we are able to get in, they provide good care. However, over the past 6 months I have been trying to set an appointment for my son who has asthma. I can never reach anyone at the office, even after multiple calls at various times throughout the day. I call, I leave a message. I never receive a return call, so I attept to call again the following month....and nothing. It's been going on for months now."

"I be don’t know where to start with this one. It is a shame that they have a really bad. Client service. I called one month ago for a simple question. I needed to know if the office accepts Ambetter. The nurse or the front desk person was supposed to call me back, never happened. If this was a one time thing , I would not take the time to write a review but this is not the first time I have problems with kids and family care."

"The office staff is great. But the doctors they have here do not have a sense of urgency. I waited almost an hour, 53 minutes and counting before I saw the doctor to get a prescription refill for my kid. It's been ridiculous just sitting here waiting for an hour waiting and a waste of time. It's super frustrating to watch people who arrived after you get called before you. Its just a freaking medicine refill. Shouldn't take an hour."
