We reached out via phone and this office answered the phones promptly, and a nurse was able to respond in a reasonable amount of time to help me with my mother's urgent health matter. The nurse followed up to give us the physician's advice and to tell us where we could pick up a RX locally. The nurse even said she would follow up tomorrow. Terrific service."
