"My first visit was a very impressive visit. From the time I walked in , called back to go over my medical information then saw my Dr Amy Kwok. She spent so much time with me and really listened to my concerns."

"I have been going to this doctor for over 5 years now and my future appointment was cancelled because they are now only taking patients that are 55 and older. That is extremely frustrating because I don’t want to start over with a new doctor. Current patients should be allowed to continue to receive there care there because we were patients before the new policy change with the age."

"Very disappointed. My husband, sister and I have all been patients at this practice for a while, and we've just been removed as patients because they are moving to a 55+ provider. I only found out when my sister went for her appointment. No written notice, no phone call, nothing. It would br nice if not only they provided adequate notice for the change but also referred us to another provider. It is so difficult to find a provider in the area that doesn't only cater to 55+. I do not recommend this provider to anyone."

"I have been a patient of Dr Dhaliwal for 3 years. I have received great care with the drs. and staff. Unfortunately Dr Dahliwhal is now, starting Jan. 1, focusing only on senior care- +55 . While I understand this is a drs choice I have difficulty with how the decision was handled. I received a phone call on Dec. 27 letting me know that on Jan 1, 2024 I will no longer be a patient at Dr Dhaliwal’s office. I went into the office today, Dec 28, 2023 to get a referral for an upcoming appt with a specialists and was informed that I have already been deleted from their system. I have been calling local dr offices to find a new doctor and the nearest appt I can get is in 7 months. So I have no way to get the referrals for upcoming appts. Had I known a fews months ago that this was going to happen, I could have been more proactive finding a dr. and getting referrals before my time with Dr. Dhaliwal was up. I have not received any written notification regarding this matter either just a vague phone call telling me that I am no longer a patient at the clinic. I turn 55 Nov. 2024 but will not be returning to this clinic."

"I tried for a year to get an appointment because they are so close to my home. I left multiple voice messages, I filled out their online form multiple times over a year. I finally walked in to make an appointment. A few months after seeing the doctor for the first time and scheduling my next annual checkup, they cancelled because I am under 55. I told them I would be just under that age for my next appointment. They laughed and said there is nothing they can do. At this point, I am taking it as a sign from God."
