"I was terrified to have this procedure done and was shaking when I was in the room waiting for Dr. Nesssetti to perform my vasectomy. When he came in he made it extremely comfortable and explained everything. The procedure only lasted about 12 minutes and it was a breeze! No pain at all! On the way home I had a drive of an hour and a half and stopped on the way home for a dine in lunch. Today I have no pain. "Worst experience ever. I signed up and paid online then called a week in advance to confirm my appointment. I was reassured thru appointment reminders and the office that everything was set. When I arrived staff refused to check me in told me I had to watch them eat lunch. once my surgery was scheduled to begin they advised me the doctor was on vacation and I was not a patient. I showed them all of my paperwork and corresponding emails and the office staff told me they misplaced all of my personal paperwork and sent it to someone else. I am still waiting on a refund and my wife and I burnt a 3 days of vacation each for nothing."
