"Scott Casinger is the most unprofessional, worst health care provider I have ever dealt with. If I was ever scheduled with him again I would leave the practice. The only reason I am staying is because I like Dr. E. Scott was rude, uncaring, and dismissive when I was in the room with him for less than five minutes. He did not listen to my words and immediately told me I was non compliant despite not knowing my story. Scott was also unkempt and looked like he just came in from doing construction. He should be fired in my opinion."
"This place really missed the mark on my mother. Diagnosing her with a “virus” despite all the tell tale symptoms that she had a ruptured appendix. Thankfully, my mom listened to those who actually cared (her children) and went to the emergency room where they had to perform emergency surgery that day. She was septic! Had my mother waited to do the cat scan study in March per the doctors orders, she wouldn’t have lived long enough to do it. Do better and care more. LISTEN to your patients."
"I have had some asthma problems for the past few years, I had ran out of my albuterol and my inhaler. I went in for a medication refill and first they made me set an appointment for it (totally unnecessary) and when i got there DR had NO IDEA what the dosage was to prescribe for me. She then ordered me so high of a dose i had to “specially” get it. CVS didn’t even carry it. So i call CVS because I was waiting for the call my prescription was ready, got no call. CVS said my dr should have called me to tell me they don’t have that prescription. But they didn’t. (horrible communication). So i call my dr and ask them to change the dose… i do not need that high of a dose. well they need me to come BACK IN, each time my copay costs me money. So i go back in and they said they fixed it, called cvs lasted that day yet again and no they didn’t change it. Call my doctor, said they changed it, called cvs again … and they didn’t. It was a back and forth like 4-5 times just to get it done with a 2 week wait as i couldn’t breathe. was considering to go to the er because my dr was obviously no help at all. I have had some other issues in the past with them as well… took them an hour to READ. a tb test… etc. I have since switched primary providers and i recommend people taking a good look and a good read at a lot of these reviews before considering to hire them as your primary provider. also while i was waiting an hour for my tb test to be done, i seen 2 different elderly couples come in to tell them they are switching their primary bc they are very unprofessional."
"Total miscommunication because the girl at the front desk lied to office manager. Manager took her side instead of reviewing recorded conversations. Today the male PA was extremely rude because of that which again was not true. Have new Dr set up but not till March. It seems they rather have me suffer from this " so called" incident then to return for care. Although today the girl that answered the phone( not the regular girl) was so very kind. We didn't see that coming! If you fire you patients, you should notify them of that."
