"Sorry that I can't give a zero. Shame on me for not having researched him prior to the visit. No testing was done other than a short verbal quiz; I have a thick medical file and ongoing problems. Only one solution was offered--the hyperbolic oxygen chamber at a cost of $250 per session and 20 sessions would be needed. Not covered by insurance, of course. I asked about other options and once he knew I wasn't interested in the chambers, he quickly left the room. Very disappointing and not happy. I lost money and time. Strongly suggest that prior to making an appointment here, please do some Google research on the practice and the dr."

"I found all of the positive reviews to be consistent with my experience. I did the sessions. I was terrified. They make you as comfortable as one can be in the chambers. Yes, expensive, needed to happen, glad I did it. Darryl pretty much saved my life at least once and remembered what chapter of my tv show every day despite the number of units and patients he helps daily. Darryl literally got me off the floor on the worst days. I could trust him to think for me if I was crashing. I have not got my test results back yet to say how much improvement, but I can say this therapy is well worth the investment and I witnessed other patients improving visibly. "I have been under the care of Dr. Spiegel for 60-days and he has been a lifesaver. He is not the kind of doctor that just walks in the room for 5-minutes and walks out. Durning my appointments, we have meaningful conversations, and you can tell by the time he spends and the questions that he asks, that he legitimately cares about my success. I'm not just a co-pay to him. Dr. Spiegel had an amazing staff. The receptionist, Victoria, is responsible for setting a first impression, and she is amazing. Every appointment she greets me in the nicest way and makes me feel like Norm from Cheers. The two first nurses I met, Maria and Lexi, are responsive and professional, and the office manager Loren, is top notch. I had to go into a hyperbaric oxygen therapy chamber 5-days a week for the last 2-months and I suffer from claustrophobia. Darrel is in charge of the chamber and he has been a life saver for me. If a patient ever has any concerns, don't stress because Darrel is there man! It doesn't hurt that he was an EMT for 12-years. Part of my treatment plan was to meet with a speech therapist; Alyssa Zecca. I don't even know where to begin with her. We meet once a week and and she knows exactly what she is doing. Wen I'm meeting with her, the sessions are very conversational and I never feel like I am being drilled like a prosecutor. She is professional, exceptional at followup, knows how to make you at feel at ease, and although a patient, she doesn't make me feel like one. The only challenge is that she has set the bar so high, I feel sorry for anyone other than her that I may have to see in the future. When I first starting meeting with Alyssa, I was nervous and did not think I would ever be ready to go back to work. With her skills and talents, she has taught me dozens of exercises and best practices; I am proud to say that largely due to Alyssa, I am going back to work in 3-days. And when I say responsiveness, I'm not exaggerating. She responds to emails and messages, sometimes on a Sunday at 9:00. The only downside to getting healthier is that there will be a day when I won't be seeing Alyssa, Darrel, Victoria, Maria, Lexi, Loren, Dr. Spiegel, and the dozens of staff that I did not mention by name. If you are suffering from Long Covid, a traumatic brain injury, and anything in between, it would be detrimental to your treatment if you went to a different Dr. I give them 5 stars because that is the highest rating but I would give them 20."
